Swedish Institute Study Scholarships (Sweden)
Highly qualified foreign students from developing countries who wish to study for full-time master’s degrees at Swedish universities can apply for scholarships in Sweden through the Swedish University.
The scholarship pays for living expenses, insurance, a portion of the cost of tuition, and some travel funding. There are roughly 550 scholarships available.
VLIR-UOS Scholarships (Belgium)

Institution-funded Scholarships
Joint Japan World Bank Scholarships (specified countries)
Students from underdeveloped nations can apply for scholarships through the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program to study development-related subjects at a few international universities.
The program offers yearly scholarships to help with tuition, living expenses, and travel expenses associated with earning a master’s degree or its equivalent.
OFID Scholarships (any approved country)

Once a year, following a competitive application process, scholarships are provided on a 50% grant: 50% loan basis.
Only living expenses and tuition are covered by the Foundation’s assistance to students. Generally speaking, the scholar is permitted, subject to approval, to select any respectable university.
Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarships for Developing Countries (any country)

You can pursue your education at any university in your native nation or in one of the developing world’s nations.

University-funded Scholarships
Developing Solutions Scholarships at the University of Nottingham (UK)
